Braised Lamb Shank with Mashed Root Vegetables

Fall-off-the-bone tender shank with a mash-up of red and sweet potatoes, carrots and seasonally available parsnips and beets.

Rack of Lamb

Served with a green peppercorn, or port-cherry sauce; or a red wine reduction.

Lamb Ragu

Over papardelle pasta with ricotta and mint.

Baked Haddock Mediterranean

Maine Haddock baked with fennel, tomato and fresh herbs.

Ours features hot Italian sausage and local Middle Intervale Farm ground beef layered with our own marinara sauce.

White Lasagna

With a housemade chicken stock and cream sauce layered with noodles, chicken, roasted red peppers, spinach, and prosciutto.

Butternut Squash Lasagna-

Roasted Butternut Squash, toasted pine nuts, caramelized onions, layered with noodles and our light maple cream sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. This is a Good Food Store classic!

Baked Ziti with Marinara or Meat Sauce

Just as it sounds, great after a day on the slopes.

Stuffed Shells

Jumbo shells stuffed with our mixture of Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, steamed broccoli or hot Italian sausage topped with Mozzarella cheese.

Baked Stuffed Portobellos

With roasted vegetables and provolone or goat cheese. A hearty vegetarian option.

Pumpkin Ravioli

Served with caramelized onions, roasted butternut squash, toasted pine nuts and either a sage brown butter or light maple cream sauce. Your choice!

A mixture of light and dark meat chicken seasoned and baked with carrots, celery, peas and housemade chicken gravy.

Shepherd’s Pie (GF)*

Carter's Farm ground beef browned with onions and beef gravy topped with corn and cheddar mashed potaotes.

Jambalaya with Chicken and Andouille Sausage

Onions and green peppers caramelized with Northcountry Andouille sausage and chunks of flavorful light and dark meat chicken seasoned with caynne for a little heat and served with steamed basmati rice.

Red Beans and Rice (Also available as a vegetarian dish)

Red Beans stewed with andouille sausage, ham and chipotle seasoning, aromatic vegetables including onions, green peppers and celery and served over steamed white rice.

Caribbean Black Beans and Rice

Black Beans stewed wtih aromatic vegetables, coconut milk and carribean spices served over white rice.

Tempeh Cacciatore

Sauteed tempeh with onions, Kalamta olives, capers and tomatoes.

Roasted Butternut Squash

With pine nuts and sage brown butter over polenta or pasta.

Penne with Swiss Chard, Brown Butter, Raisins and Walnuts

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
